Within the framework of this project, two local organizations were established independently for men and women to ensure active participation of both groups in local development processes. To support economic activities, necessary funding was provided through microcredit, and income-generating initiatives were launched at the community level to strengthen sustainable livelihoods. Simultaneously, numerous workshops and training sessions were held, categorized into three main areas: general education to raise social awareness, skills training to enhance professional capacities, and specialized environmental education focused on the conservation of the endangered Houbara bustard in the region.
