This research project, titled “Examining the Status of Women in Ireland,” was conducted in August 1998 by the Islamic Women’s Institute in collaboration with the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Dublin. The project aimed to gain a better understanding of the social, cultural, and legal conditions of women in Ireland, resulting in a comprehensive report combining both quantitative and qualitative insights on women’s status in the country.
